Trindade e salvação: a garantia da salvação por meio do ministério da Trindade

Abstract

By his own merit, a Christian could never attain salvation. So how can we be assured of the forgiveness of our sins? According to the pericope of Ephesians 1:3–14, how does each Person of the Trinity act to guarantee the saving work? In this article, we address aspects and correlations with other Pauline texts regarding the Father’s act of election, the Son’s work of redemption, and the Holy Spirit’s sealing. In addition to answering the question raised from the text within its context, we also explore some practical applications and respond to possible objections based on the conclusions we reach.
