Abstract

This document establishes the normative guidelines for data management, digital preservation, and privacy within the Digital Repository of the Baptist Faculties of Brazil, in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). It defines the responsibilities of authors and users, Open Access licensing (Creative Commons), and ethical standards for academic integrity. It introduces pioneering guidance on transparency and the mandatory disclosure of Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in the production of undergraduate theses and institutional research. It is intended for faculty, students, and researchers of the institution.
