Crescimento saudável da Igreja: pilares centrais para o equilíbrio entre quantidade e qualidade
    (2025) Arthur Datrino Barbosa
This article aims to address the topic of healthy church growth and analyze possible principles that can be implemented and motivated so that a church reaches its greatest growth potential while maintaining the health and edifying spiritual life of its members. The article's development is based on the analysis of three central pillars present in healthy growing churches: vision (understanding why the church exists and what its purpose is), fellowship (the importance of church members developing a welcoming environment through healthy and intentional relationships), and empowerment (the need for the church to constantly adapt and engage in self-reflection to determine if it is acting relevantly in society). In this context, various aspects of these pillars are analyzed in the article, based on reflections on the current scenario of churches, their mistakes, and the difficulties they face. The implementation of these pillars in churches is discussed in the conclusion, and the methodology used in this work was strictly based on bibliographic sources from leaders with relevant ministries who present crucial points for the healthy growth of a church.
